Encircled by majestic mountains, the valley is sprinkled with quaint farms and historic landmarks. At sunrise and sunset, the landscape comes alive with warm shades of orange and pink, creating a breathtaking view that can only be fully appreciated in person.

Please note:
--We do not allow children under the age of 12 due to the risk of falling. Toddlers may be allowed with prior consent.
--Minimum age for primary guest is 25.
--No pets allowed aside from service animals.
--We require a rental agreement with a liability waiver to be signed for each booking.
--The wind on the bluff can be intense when weather is less than ideal, in other words when it's rainy or a storm is blowing in.
--For short stays (typically less than two days), we allow our cleaners to leave laundry in the dryer. Please feel free to remove it if you need to use!
--No 24/7 support: Like everyone, occasionally life gets in the way and our email responses may be delayed. We provide a phone number with our check-in instructions so that guests can contact us in urgent situations.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund within 14 days of check-in. No refund after that. Note that refunds from our payment provider take up to 7-10 days to process.
