Cancellations:  Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons provided that a doctor's note is available. Refunds from our payment provider take up to 7-10 days to process.

House Rules: No pets or children. Due to the risk of the bluff, we do not allow children between the ages of one and 14. Also, unfortunately, we only allow documented service animals.
