Pricing may vary based on demand and seasonality. Stays within the next two weeks are heavily discounted to ensure we can fill our calendar.

*Additional Savings: Avoid the Airbnb booking fees which can be about 10-20% higher than booking directly. To compare rates, you must first click "Reserve" on Airbnb to see the entire cost including fees and taxes. We are insured for direct bookings at the same level as Airbnb's coverage. 

     

Cancellations:  Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons provided that a doctor's note is available. Refunds from our payment provider take up to 7-10 days to process.

Policies: No pets or children. Due to the risk of the bluff, we do not allow children between the ages of one and 12. Also, unfortunately, we only allow documented service animals.
